- Background: pick a photo from your gallery or a branded gradient, then choose Post 4:5, Story 9:16 or Square 1:1.
- Stats: show the workout summary and choose what fills the splits block. When a Strava run is linked, you can pick Strava splits (per km) or Strava laps from your watch, or the planned Workout sets. If several Strava activities are linked (for example a warm-up, the main session and a cool-down), choose one of them or All combined, and use the Splits size slider to make the list bigger or smaller.
- Text: add up to five captions with their own font, weight and colour.
- Style: text colour, weight, text size and logo size.
Drag the stats, logo and captions anywhere on the image, then tap Share to send it or save it. If a photo can’t be opened (for example a HEIC file in a browser that can’t read it), the editor tells you; pick a JPEG or PNG instead.
