Readiness

  1. Open the readiness check-in from the dashboard or tracker.
  2. Rate how you feel today (for example sleep, soreness, stress and energy).
  3. Optional: tap Advanced: resting HR & HRV and enter your morning resting heart rate (bpm) and HRV (rMSSD, ms) from your watch or HRV app. Leave either blank on days you don’t measure.
  4. Save. Your readiness score shows on the dashboard.

HRV is personal, so Pickpacer compares each reading to your own recent normal range instead of a fixed number. After 7 readings your range is built from the last 60 days and keeps updating as your fitness changes. Your weekly plan and re-plans use these readings, along with your check-ins and Strava data, to decide whether to hold or progress your training.

Open readiness stats to see your scores over time. A run of low scores is a sign to take an easy day or ask the AI Chat to adjust your week.
