Credits & payments

AI features (training plan generation, replans and AI Chat) use credits. A replan is charged when the AI builds it, even if you don’t apply it. Your balance shows on the dashboard and on the Credits screen.

How to buy credits

1. Open Credits.
2. Pick a credit pack.
3. Follow the checkout steps shown for your device. If you are asked for proof of payment, upload a screenshot or photo of your receipt.

Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.

How to redeem a promo code

Open Credits and enter the code in the promo code section.

Billing details

Update your billing details on the Credits screen before you pay on the web.
